Default os 21 v spec ???????help
when it hit top dead center .....starter box can't turn the flywheel ......will it bacome loose when it's broke in

When it gets broke in it won't do that. Until then try heating the engine up with a hair dryer or better yet a heat gun before trying to start it.

top end engines will pinch so hard at TDC until they are broke in that it will help alot to heat them up with a heat gun like previously said, and after break in you will not have this problem....
