Default Engine break-in ?

have a question guys, got a new engine, for my crt .5,im in the break-in stages running very rich(plenty of blue smoke), linkages are set correctly, idle screw is set(very minimal gap)...heres my problem, the truck still wants to engage when its suppose to be still and its not even at a slow crawl, its at slow cruising speeds..is this because the car is running soo rich? or what else can be causing this, the clutch? i thought maybe the throttle/brake servo was glitching but i even removed the air filter and the carb slide isnt even moving yet the tires are moving quickly...any help would be aprreciated guys, thanks

idle needle is still in stock setting with very very small gap...im still leaning toward the clutch being the problem, but its a brand new clutch setup, could it really have gone bad with less than 10 tanks thru it

That is usually a sign your clutch bell bearings are gone and or the clutch springs. Ofcource a very high idle will do the same but im sure it will be one of the above.
