Help needed with linkage setup

I'm setting up my throttle/brake linkage. I don't know if this is how it should look like but the spring is compressed all the way when I apply the brake and the horn is parallel with the servo(see pic 1). The horn moves about 10mm from idle positon to full brake. That seems too little for me. But it can't go any further because there isn't any room between the spring and the collar.
What am I doing wrong?

Full brake...

Full throttle...

Idle...

Thanks

The only real thing I see wrong is at idle, the collar is not against the horn, so it has to move a hair before your throttle engages. You might want to turn down the braking throw a little bit too, or take that collar off the spring next to the carb, and just let the spring sit on the ball end if it's long enough.
