Default Need Help- Nitro Tuning

Hey guys, not too new at nitro, but still no pro in engine tuning..anyway heres my problem...installed a new motor in my crt .5, settings are factory preset(double checked)...motor turned on but it keeps on wanting to rev when its suppose to be neutral....idle needle seems good, throttle servo isn't glitching, richened//leaned HSN a tad and problems still persisted...did not touch LSN?...can you guys help me narrow down what the problem can be...any help is appreciated

Check your radio settings? Check the linkage to the carb? You say all the needles are set to factory. Did you check it before running it?

Here's what I mean...Without the RC running, turn it on the radio. Does the carb sit down to the idle setting? Or is it open more than a fraction of an inch? If you hit the brake does the carb go down to the idle adjustment? If so, then your linkage and/or radio settings are off. The carb should be sitting itself on the idle needle when your radio says it should be in neutral. If not, adjustments are needed.

If this is unclear, I'll be glad to help further.
