I should get this new motor any ideas on how to break it in properly?

Any help would be appreciated

Run it rich for the first 2 lipo packs, then start to lean it out slowly. Make sure you get a nice stream of smoke coming from the pinion side of the motor.

Seriously, I'd suggest doing a little more research on brushless motors before you spend any money.

You know there is a reason they're called brushless......

Just oil the bearings.
