hi, what is needed to make the race spec b4 rtr? battery pack? of course u need aa's but does it also come with a charger?? thanks

No
You need a stick pack, charger, AA's and i think you might need CA glue for the tires. Other than that you are ready to go

You will need:

1. Charger
2. Battery packs
3. Transmitter batteries (AA)

I would do right away:

1. Put better connectors on like powerpoles
2. Check all screws to make sure they are put in correctly.
3. If possible, use side x side packs and get a discharger / equalizer board

Thats about it. I usually do a full teardown on any RTR, but if you want to get going fast, do the screw check.
