I might have to try this idea . I have the trigger somewhat reversed on my touring car. I have to push my finger forward for full throttle. Since it is a little more unnatural I tend to stay out of the throttle a little more. Ok, that was a lie--does not matter which way the throttle trigger is configured--I mash it all the way whenever I can .

Hi, my mmmv3 is under repair at CC, but I still want to race, can I use my airplane/boat hobbywing 100amp (3.1version) esc put a fan n heatsink n put it in my 1/8 truck? It can handle up to 6s 120amp burst.

Will it work?

I would suggest at least one more battery strap.

Jus as good as a fan.

fan temps 125
heat sink temps 125

it was about 60 degrees out side. The real test is when it gets a little hotter out here....

Yah, I was thinking this too. The only problem is that there are two cutouts under the battery tray to put the straps, which is where the current straps are. I'll think of something though. Thanks for the recommendation!

I too use the Mike's RC-Monster tray in my 1/8th on-road conversion. I am also looking for a way to add more velcro--not as important as off-road but do not want to damage a $200+ Lipo nonetheless.

Impakt/Tekno RC sells their velcro battery strap separately and was wondering if there was a way to get it to fit onto the RCPD tray?

Got to the track for the first time today with my new rc8t electric. Man this thing is awesome. I can't belive how much power it has and very easy to drive. Turns in awesome , jumps are easy and the truck is very stable.
I freakin love it..

Later Rob
