smallest usable comm diameter
 
How for can the comm be cut, as in it smallest usable diameter before it is considered no good anymore ??

For small comm motors, stocks and 19t, I think it was .274

.270 for most everything.

You can run the motor below this but cutting and running are at your own risk. Below about .270 the comm is questionable and could let go while runing or delaminate while cutting. I have had both happen below this point.

.270, but not on bigger comm style motors like the Reedy Quad Mag 19 turn, I think its .310? Not sure anymore. I mentioned it as its probably the only bigger comm one from Reedy still being used alot, haven't seen anyone really running the KRs much anymore.
