Love the Mantra. Is it 4x4 only or is their going to be a 2wd Mantra Slash body?
The body will be for the Slash 4x4, Slash 2wd and SC10. Look for a Blitz version coming as well.

Probably depends on the turnbuckle type. If the threads are 3mm then you should be fine.

It will not fit the ve8, totally different shape. The Ve8 is more narrow and longer.

Primer paint on the outside.

They will thread onto the TC5 turnbuckles, but will be to long. You will need to shorten the ballcup or use shorter turnbuckles.

Does anyone know if this will fit the HPi Vorza ?.
The Ve8 is much narrower than the Vorza as the Vorza uses the nitro style chassis.

The Manta looks great, but I doubt it will be durable. The bottom of the windshield lines up with the thinnest point point of the wheelwell which is also at a sharp angle so all the stress from the flexing will be right there at the weakest point. Looks like it will crack there in short order IMO and not be as durable as the other Jcon designs.

All of the bodies go through an extensive testing process and I'm sure that they addressed any issues of that nature. One thing that you don't realize is that each body line increases the strength, ie...the fender flares and the wing mirror area in addition to the fender shape itself.
