I purchased black Double Dees last weekfrom the website, so I know there is more than just v2 barcodes available online.
Infact, I just went through the 1/10 buggy tires for you online these are currently available for purchase in black compound.
Double Dees, V1 Barcodes, V2 barcodes, Pressure Points.

I think the Silencer series is a little more balanced and neutral feeling. If you run the new lower profile 4S packs in the 8.2e (handles much better with the lighter pack), you can run the nitro Silencer from the RC8.2. We will not be making any more bodies for the current RC8 series; rumors have it that AE will have an all new buggy .

Has anyone at JC ever considered making their own springs?
I think JC springs would be a hit, I think Avid is the only indie company that makes springs, and they're pretty popular.

Our guys are running the Reedy pack and Silencer combo I'm sure there are others too.
We haven't really looked into it; I will pass it along.

silvers or blacks? We are running on a young clay track in Utah that doesn't have a lot of traction. Contrary to IRCR where they have tons of traction and 27yr old dirt.

It would be impossible for me to really say with any confidence not knowing the surface. You really would have to try both if just starting out; unless there are already some fast guys that can share info.

Any chance of getting the satellite tire bands in green or yellow?
