I believe they are in packaging, but don't have an ETA on full shipment.

will you guys be offering the smoothies in a 2.2 wheel size? Right now have slicks from proline and aka to try, and was curious on trying the smoothies but would prefer a 2.2 style wheel based on issues I have heard of sidewalls tearing on the 60mm types for various brands.

We will be releasing the new Octagon slicks in 2.2 early this year, but I don't think we will see 2.2 smoothies for a while.

Are foam inserts included with the truck turf tires? If so, then are they open or closed cell?

The Octagons would definitely be interesting to try.

Sounds good. What are characteristics of the Octagons that feel different than the smoothies?

Also, if you guys have any carpet tips for them as there are those of us who are not allowed to run carpet pin tires, that would help (ex- use the green compound over gold "clay" one, sauce X amount, use this foam, etc)

Can't you just run numbed downcarpet tires? Meaning rounded/snipped off pins?

Any ETA on that sweet YZ-4 S2 body that Maifield was showing in his Reedy prep pics?

They would need to be a slick at that point, no pins at all to be consistent with the rules. Not sure how well that would work, I think I know someone with a setup that may be "done" that I'll test if I have time.

Reason I ask is because our local carpet track does offroad Friday nights. He covers half the track with Astro and leaves the other half CRC carpet. It wears the Astro tires to rounded nubs pretty quick and they still hook up great. No damage to the carpet at all.
