Paul depicts the cutting of bars off the Dirt Tech inserts in the pictures at the following link. As far as holes, just take a leather punch (like what you put holes in the tire with) and punch some holes in the foam. I have done 3-4 small holes across a rib before, it just softens the foam slightly while still allowing it to retain its shape.

Just wondering, how can no retail supplier I can find not have ANY gold SC Dirt Web premounts?? I do business with many many different rc stores and there isn't a single pair to be found ?? Is there an issue here or is J Concepts not supplying them anymore? I'm about to start my racing season indoors....
very disappointed here.

Matt...

Thank you very much for the reply..that was perfect!!. I now see what everyone was talking about.

I understand for a med/high bite track its best to just take a few millimeters off the bars...is that correct?

Not at this time.

As aeRayls posted; You can't find them because JConcepts doesn't offer Dirt Webs in premounts.

The T5 will use the shortest T4 turnbuckle all around, so we will offer a new T5 Fin Turnbuckle set soon

Don't have an exact date as we are waiting for the truck to land, but I guess the proverbial 2 weeks always works

Paul, can you or anyone else confirm if the Silencer body for the AE RC8.2 nitro buggy will fit the 8.2E with battery clearance on the side pods? I've seen people running that body but never checked wit them to see how it fit.

I believe you have to run the lower profile batteries with bullet plugs like the Reedy. I would imagine there would be some other brands out there with similar dimensions.
