Yeah ok, fending off Joiner and you were in no hurry? Don't cry about it, we could all say we were not in a hurry. Heck 2nd place in my race was almost a lap down but I guess I was giving it all it could take too huh. If you rather I'll run my spec slash with the mods as I did for the classic if it makes you feel better. For the record, I was bs'ing with Adam and I wasn't serious. Baby class.....Good one

You might want to try DoubleDees...

P-Dub,

I'll get you some pics with the lights off today. I just bought LED's and wired them up myself.

You should have a set of Goose Bumps in the arsenal too! They're surprisingly good on the same track as you'd use a Double D, sometimes better if they're worn a little and the track is damp.

Rounders vs. groovy question:
I have been using the rounder a lot for dirt oval, great tire. I have been looking at the groovy online, is it a lower profile tire? What is the main difference between the two?

groovy - 4 ribs, tall, sharp edges, less radius on sidewall ribs
rounder - 4 ribs, ribs are shorter height over carcass, radiused edges, and less radius(crown) on the sidewall ribs when viewed from the front of the vehicle
rounders when its grooved up

Thumbs up

Thanks to Jconcepts for supporting the Short Course points series at eXtreme Hobby Zone. I missed too many races to win anything but had a great time. We are seeing a lot of new racers because of the series. Looking forward to the next series starting in August!
