Its cold (35 degrees about) and i COULDN'T get my car to start.

I put the roto start in and ran it for like 2 minutes (i tried twice)

and it "burped" once and almost started but then wouldn't.

is it just too cold or is something wrong?

ideas on what could be the prob?

Probably too cold, heat it up to about 150 or so with a heat gun or a hair dryer, should help. Also, unhook the fuel line at your pipe, and carb, and blow from the exhaust side through the system until you get fuel coming out, sometimes the fuel can gel in the lines, especially if you are running a fuel filter. You should also pull your glow plug and check to see if it stil lights.
