19 and in college, I have had rc cars on an off for 3 years (bought and sold traxxas rustler, losi xxxt) now im on an associated t4 that i have just got into competition racing with, and currently hold the oval track record at two different tracks (they do have an indoor offroad track coming, I would love to make it three records) and between race packs, backup motors, tools and spare parts, I have about $800 (gosh thats before interest on the credit card too - have not charged it all thankfully)

Im 15 and spent +AUS$10000
i race 1/10 onroad and ive spent maybe $2500 in 6 months
But 1/4 scale boat racing is were its at. Built one for rough water(closet water is sydney harbour) and just started building a race one. That makes the difference
Its good i got my own bank account, only problem is its usally empty

I'm almost 21, started racing a month or so after my 10th birthday.
I don't even want to know how much my dad has pumped into toy car racing. Between equipment, entry fees, travel, etc.
