have they done anything new to the chassis? my friend had one of the older models and it wasnt that good. new electronics are a plus. how bout gearing and chassis though? anything new?

Chassis does look the same just different color. Lets not forget this is a basher, not a hardcore racer

updated electrics, and cool new grey plastic. not much, but an impovement. i hate the wheels on the (new) bandit. i think theyre ugly.

but, i guess to younger folks, it will apear more cool to them. traxxas is just improving the gateway to our wonderful, yet hidden and misunderstood hobby. :)

yeah i think they are trying to apeal to younger people with the bandit. i know my little brother wanted one but we got him a rusty instead. i personally dont like the wheels either.

Yes, nice to have something different. Stadium trucks have lots of options but buggys just have dish :weird:
