I just bought this engine and I wish to know if anyone can suggest the best pipe for it?

I run a Jammin' JP1 with my V-Spec, runs fine and deals plenty of power.

Yup. Run the pipe that's built for the motor.

I use the Thunder Tiger 3-chamber long pipe. It's the same one Ryan Maifield used with the OS V-SPEC to win the ROAR Nats. Mad power!

the jp1 is dumb for that engine. it will cut the fuel mileage and it will give it to much torque to be smooth power delivery.

run a 2060SC the pipe is built for the motor and nothing else.

Or you can try the red 8mm carb insert and use the Jammin' JP-1 pipe, i found that worked fine, ran almost 8 mins and had smooth power delivery.

Run the pipe that work with the V-spec. Is those all your kits?

Even without the 8mm carb insert, I still have plenty of power(judging from watching everybody elses buggies at CRCRC's January race...), never bogged or anything of the sort, and still ran around 7 mins on a tank. It's not 'dumb' as KForce put it so bluntly, it's something different is all...and it's more than fine for the V-Spec.

i don't know about the jp-1 but the jp-2 is also a prefect match for the V-Spec line. I got 10 minutes of run time on one tank (125cc) With my V-Spec/ jp-2. And it was producing great power.

On my original V-spec I worked first with the JP1 and later with the 053 and I liked the JP1 better....

Run the pipe that work with the V-spec. Is those all your kits?
