What To Buy For A Kit???

Well i have been racing for 7 years. I started with electric racing, then went to gas only. Now i want to switch back to electric racing at Trackside in Milwaukee, WI. I wanted to get the Team Losi MF2? I already have a Team Losi XXX-NT and i love that car. I just rebuilt the engine for it and she runs like a charm. :batman:

Ask Scotty what the more popular classes are or go to his website. Look at the Trackside threads on the Racing Board on this site.

You have several choices; 2wd buggy, 4wd buggy, stadium truck, stock, 19turn or modified.

You already have a stock motor. What other class do you want to race in; 19turn or mod? Answer that question and then figure out a motor.

If you go mod then you have to be sure that your ESC can handle a low turn motor.

At Scotty's the 4300 brushless class has become very popular from what I've heard.

Ya... it is. Friday nights are for the noobs, but when i get my truck i want to race on Thursday nights. That is the best time to race. I am a competitive person, but i have forgotten the ways of racing electric. I have to get back into the Groove, but in the mean time i want to race in summer gas and then in winter elec. truck at Trackside.

The Novak 4300 Brushless class at trackside has blown up. Last thurs we had 16 guys in that class and there were still a few missing. Stock truck is also big there. There hasnt been a Mod truck class since last winter. Alot of guys bought buggys and are now racing 19 turn buggy...

yes the Losi MF2 is a good truck. A very good race truck that is durable and easy to drive. I would go with that.
