Need Help with a Competition Electronics Turbo 35

My CE Turbo 35 has recently been giving me a message that says "HOOK UP BATTERY" when a pack completes a charge or discharge. It used to say "CHARGE COMPLETE" The battery will charge or discharge, the message is just not like it normally is. I have replaced all fuses and am not sure what else to try. Could I have inadvertantly changed a setting to be gettng this message or is there something wrong internally? Thanks for your help.
