M11 Radio problem / Will not hold memory
Anybody else have this problem. My M11 radio is about a year old. But now it will not hold any memory. I can select a model and make changes, but when I turn the M11 off and then back on, it won't keep changes I have made or even model I just selected. Does the M11 have a internal (photo cell) battery for memory ?

there was a thread about this a while ago but i cant find it. i think it had to do with a switch or maybe you have to wait a little. i cant remember what exactly it was. i will try and look around for it.

Yes Lou Colmo had this problem and it was related to a switch on the handle that he had put tape over and it was being held shut. This caused the memory to be erased when he powered down. A lot of people add to the size of the grip with tape.

I have never used tape on the handle. But maybe a switch went bad, making up like it is in the ON position. Is there a way to reset the M11.

He called Airtronics and got the answer he needed. They are pretty easy to talk to just give them a call. The last radio that had an internal battery that needed replacing was the 3PS and it usually lasted 5 to 7 years.
