Just curious if an AMB PT will work from inside a radio box on an ST-R? I really would prefer to mount it there away from everything..

I would try and keep it horizontal if you can...I had one mounted vertically once and it would miss laps...a LOT.

Ok if you are talking about mounting a PT inside your raio box where the reciever goes that is not a good idea at all. I saw three people have runaways this past month and it was becasue they put the PT in with there reciever, it is becasue the PT interfiers with the reciever which make the servos get really glitchy. They took out the PT and mounted it on top of the radio box and not near the reciever and no more runaways. So in my opiion it is not a good idea at all.
