Exclamation what will happen!!!

what will happen if i use
a tamiya tz/ Rz -motor with a stock msc?
will it catch fire? planning to buy one!
please do advice thanks

What turn motor is it. Does your stock ESC have a motor limit. If you exceed it, it will Thermal shut down or catch on fire.

If you mean MSC - as in Manual Speed Control, you may run into some problems with the ceramic resistors burning out depending on the turn of the motor.

For the price of a electronic speed control these days, you may want to upgrade to one.

yup i am using a vintage grasshopper ... =)
msc - old school
what will happen if i add a rz-motor
and.... is sport tune faster den the rz motor?

you might want to ask in the onroad section in a TCS thread, those guys would know Tamiya. Or on Tamiyaclub.com. Nobody uses those motors in offorad cars (well no racers at least).
