Default df-03 48pitch conversion

Hey has anyone done a 48 pitch conversion on the df03.
if so can you tell me how or show me a link on how to do it?

RW Racing in the UK made a limited number of top shafts which enable you to use the Associated B4 slipper and spur gear, which is 48dp.

That is the only one I know of and afaik he only made a few and has sold out.

Kawada make a conversion kit for the Tamiya slipper which allows it to use 48 or 64dp gears.
