Speed control question

I have a V6.0 lrp speed control and wondering if getting a different speed control will help any? Like a higher end novak or something. Would there any advantages in upgrading? Just wondering se a lot of people running novaks at my track.

Novak's are very good for racing. I run the Novak GTX Speed control. It has 7 different program settings with no motor limit.

But would it be a worth wile upgrade or will the lrp 6.0 do the same? I run stock truck class so the motor limit in no big deal.

lrp v6 is fine, it will probably never blow up.

RussB has it right, that esc is totally solid! for stock, it's justa bout ideal because the drive frequency isn't too high which gives the motors plenty of punch. stick with it...i'm still running the v7.1's that i've had for 5 years. i upgraded to those when they came out from the v6's that i had for 4 years without any problems.
