ok i had shooter shock towers around. broke front one put on carbon works much stronger. broke rear one now(lol) and i can eather go carbon works again but PN racing had a 3mm carbon fiber one and a alumin one. anyone know witch one would be tha strongest? thanx for tha help..

wow. what were u doing with the lazer when you broke them?

My car has seen at least 7 race meets (thats roughly 4 x 7 rounds of 5 minute heats... so we are talking around 28 races)..I have stripped one spur and front bevel gear, broke a front C-Hub, got gritty and dirty bearings in the drive train... but yet to break either towers, or the tower mounts... (and im still running the original non-carbon parts)

You must be going for the amazing crowd pleazer stunts?

Why not run the kit plastic ones? Probably as tough as anything else out there. You can double them up with a carbon one if you like, not a perfect fit though.

The stock shock towers are the way to go.

I finally broke one this weekend after running several months with the car.
A xx4 got turned and I hit it on the down side of a big double...
I just cracked it....
The xx4 lost most of the left side of his car....(arms, shock towers etc...)
