any input on intergy batts
wondering if any has ran intergy batts they say they are only matched at 20 amps so how does that compare to like 30 or 35 amps. thanks

I'll let the battery math wizards help you "convert" numbers, but since I've owned a couple of Integy packs, here is my experience...
They have been reilable, with no failed cells or other issues, and have held up for a good "lifetime"... However, take it for granted that the simple fact of matching at 20 amps will GEATLY inflate the voltage and runtime numbers, and you just cannot compare them to other matcher's cells.
There is also an issue of "usage".... Cells are best evaluated when they are matched and cycled under conditiions similar to what they will see on the track. Except for stock offroad, almost everything sucks more than 20 amps out of packs today -- cells which test/match perfectly at 20 amps may fail at 30-35 amps. The other matchers have bumped up their criteriea to match the track, and thus they tend to give you not just more realistic numbers, but also less cell failures after you start using the packs...

The above post pretty much covers it. The 'inflated' numbers are the biggest sticking point for me, but if you're aware of that it's a moot point. If you found some on sale, and are racing on a club level or just bashing they'd probably be fine. If you swing towards the weekend (racing) warrior mode you'd probably have better luck buying from one of the smaller matchers - Hurricane, SMC, ProMatch, etc. You can get (imho) better packs from the independants for the same amount (or less) than the Integy packs.

tower has 4200 for 38.99 and 3800 for 34.99

Like the other post said... As long as you are aware of the inflated numbers from the lower discharge rate, if the price is good, why not...
Remember -- ALL the IB batteries come from the same factory... Sure, there are variances in any production run, with +/- tolerances, etc. but some of the super killer power of mega matched cells is rather short-lived without extremely rigorous care, etc. it's not as big a deal as some would like you to think...
The difference in voltage between the very best matched packs and "club" level packs is not enough to make up for getting corner marshalled ONE time in a race... I know more voltage is "faster", but every mistake you make, every little "bobble" costs you more time that you will ever lose due to the difference between a "club" pack and a "killer-mega-nuclear" matched pack that you pay 50% more for....
