hi i am just wondering what set up you guys are running regarding the shock fluid weights for your 1/8th 4wd buggies and what tracks ie bumpy low or high traction etc you are using them on.

i have a quite bumpy track now as it getts ripped up by the nitro boys with probable emdium traction im thinkin 30 front 40 rear just be glad to hear your set ups thankyou.

generally you want the heavier fluid in the front. lighter fluid in the front makes the car "hook" sometimes. i use 60/55 since i run on a very smooth track with two small jumps.

it varies from car to car but a good starting point is 1.4mm pistons all around with 40wt. in the front and 30wt. in the rear, best thing you could do is find a pros setup for your car and start there.
