As far as the RDlogics, I only found a touring car pipe for Off-Road, p/n 61850, how about for the off-road buggies?
Thanks!

Jason is correct, V99 is obsolete & currently V01 is the latest model. And yeah, I must admit we did break a few of the V01 crankshafts as well.
If you look at the number following the V, you will realise it
is used to represent the year the engine was developed from.
Now, V03 should be in the pipeline already.

ex mugen owner...
I ran a 1999 mugen worlds 1/8 ic car ( model name escapes me now ) and it was absolutely awesome - the thing was a real beast. having said that it could be as docile as a kitten at low speeds, but even with the throttle limited, I could still turn all four tyres elliptical with the power and watch it understeer like crazy - secret was to storm down the straight, brake then turn in and power on, trying to turn a 4wd IC buggy doing over 50mph with the gas on is a bit of a hiding to nothing - try and track down a good second-hand car, it means you'll get more for your money and if it's in good nick you'll most likely have a few expensive add ons already put on it, too... just a thought.
having got out of the whole racing thing now, I'm happy to just run my gold-chassis RC10 for fun now
