Default Radio problems..! heLp.

Hey all...

im just wondering why my car gets alot of interfierance..(not good speller )

And im wondering if theres anyway to fix it..

I have a Nitro Off-Road MT2.

And my friend has a car too and he runs it fine.... he gets no problems with interfierance with other cars ( real cars ) and mine just flys of... ;(

so pleaseeeee help.... i can't get my car out because of the interfierance.

my guess would be,

dead batteries, bad crystals, or an antenna issue,

first make sure you battieres in the car and radio are good, then make sure you dont have any cuts in the antenna, or it hasn't been cut off, and one other thing, make sure you have the anteanna unrolled from int he reciever box and in an antenna tube standing up, i know that souns basic, but i've actually seen a new guy that didn't read the book, and left it all rolled up, and brought it back to the store saying it wouldn't work properly,

and the last thing if the other two dont help, either buy a new set of crystals, or borrow some from someone with the same radio gear, if it were me i would jsut buy a new set, on a different frequency, since the hpi ones arn't very expensive, and then you have two channels to choose from if you ever race, or are running with a friend on the same frequency,

that is where i would start,
