I haven't used my equipment for almost a year. Just a few minutes ago I flicked my radio on and the batteries seem to be working fine. Is there any process I can use to rejuvenate my NiMH batteries? Or will these cycle out (revive) after a few charges?

They should cycle out as you say after a couple charge/discharge. I wouldn't bother doing it on a charger. Might as well get some funout of doing it in your ride. Plus that way you can feel if they are coming back or not.

Charge at 3.5 Amps for 5-10 min then run them dead in your car or some other kind of discharger.Then they back the way they were.

Best way is to force charge them at c/10 for 15 hrs. Use normally.
