Arrow Best 1/8 Nitro Buggy

Looking to get a good bashing buggy, I know, I know; "why don't you get a monster truck?" Well, I already have an rs4 mt and a t-maxx so now I want a buggy. I'm looking for a good beater buggy for jumps and going through bumpy terrain. I've been looking at Kyosho and OFNA, any suggestions?

Kyosho and Mugen are very good choices. Both are built VERY well. Both fairly expensive too. I really feel that in this sport you get what you pay for and if you go cheap to start with your just going to buy stuff twice upgrading as your fever becomes stronger.

I used to have an OFNA and it gave me nuthin but problems. To OFNA's defense it was a cheaper model I was new to the sport, it taught me alot about fixing stuff, but still it was crappy. Everyone would say OFNA... OH F### Not Again! I have heard that the OFNA Jammin' is a nice buggy though and the Hyper 8 is also even better. (probably because its not made by OFNA)

IMO there is no such thing as the best buggy. They are all good pick one you can afford. For you just bashing around I would look at the LHS and see what they stock the most of in parts and the cost of those parts.

Well I don't give a rip about cost, I figure I'll spend between 4-800$ and I want 4WD. But I would like something with a reliable drivetrain and suspension and easy hopups. Thanks for any and all help.

Get the Jammin' X1 RTR. Then when you're ready to go racing, you can upgrade it to pro or factory team specs and kick the crap out of the kyoshslows and mugonebyem's
