Default Good setup for mugen mbx-5

Hey I have a mugen mbx-5 and race it. I was wondering if there is a basic setup for the suspension?

Grey springs for most tracks, if you use Mugen oils, use 400 in the front and 350 in rear, 1 in on holes on shock towers F & R, outside holes on arms F & R, if track has alot of choppy bumps, you can go with blue springs, 350 front and 300 rear. Start with "arms level" for ride height.

You can go to the Mugen website and download Jason Ashton's 04' Nats setup. It's a great starting point.

Also, you can go to Carolina's R/C and select Mugen MBX5 on the left. Then you'll see several links to setups.
