Depends on what you put in it. It could cost you a ton, or it could cost you not to much. With a mid level radio, electronics, and engine it should cost you around at least $1000.

well i have me a radio already with the spectrum unit. All i need to do is buy me one more specktrum reciver for this thing. Im thinkin very seriously of doing it since i like the 8th scale stuff. I just want a really good steering servo with a decent torque and speed for the throttle. 115oz tq for the gas will do correct? Also prolly get something a little more then that for steering.. prolly get a gas servo for around 40 and a good steering for 80 to 90. But what im worried about is what motor do i put on the thing? i like o.s with the restricted cups but its like 299.00 us.. but want me a decent fast motor manly a tq motor im not going to be on any high hp tracks. or atleast not right now. dont know what trans to put in the car i dont know what to do on that kind of stuff whats good what isnt. More info please lol

i just built mine and am going to break it in. one piece of advice is to pay close attention to the supplement sheet they give you or you will have some headaches mine where building the shocks they use 2 different size shims on the bottom with the o rings it took me 16 hours to build and setup all the linkages i just have the body left

Has anyone tried the US style track setup yet? How well does it work? I'm going to start working on setup this weekend, should be interesting with so many options.

EA, you running 1/8 this year? Maybe I'll run into you at Homers. Got to get off that carpet for awhile.

Speaking of Homer, he has some TQ kits in stock. I just got mine Tuesday. Tiltyard.com

Well sort'a, since DRCW has been draggin there feet on getting the new racing facilities going, the only place to run is in hour drive north to a offroad track. I was really looking forward to running electric tc this summer, but oh well.

Greg, can you hook me up with a TQ set up? I'm loosely following the usa tracks setup sheet. What do you think of using Losi 60w in the front and 40w or 50w in the rear with 1.4 pistons all around.
