HELP on 1/8 buggy carb problem
I've ran into a recent problem with my 1/8th scale buggy. If you start the buggy then try to carry it to the track by the wing (nose down) the buggy loads up and dies out! I've had the buggy for 4 months, with the Novarossi P5X, I run it every weekend with no problems till now, I put new fuel line on buggy and new fuel filters, still doing it. If you carry it level, no problems, but once you let the nose drop it loads up, (doesn't lean out), loads up and dies. Anyone had this before or have suggestions? Thanks-Ryan

This is just a guess but would cause the problem you are having.
There might be a small air leak in your tank towards the top some where and you are tuned around it to keep it running. So when the buggy is level it runs ok with the tune you have although it is not right. When you hold it nose down the fuel in the tank covers the leak and it goes rich. I have seen this problem before but in reverse, the engine goes lean. I have never seen one go rich but the above statement would cause that.
