Both are very good. The LRP can handle more current and has less resistance. The Novak has reverse though. Both are highly programmable, but the LRP will work with li-po batteries no problem. Get a 6.5 or 7.5 turn motor, Reedy and Novak motors are both good. I would tend towards the Reedy motor since the sensor harness is replacable, whereas the novak motors have them hardwired inside, so if it breaks your screwed.

If I am using 5.5turn motor without heat sink and fan, will the novak GTB overheat?

i think the LRP is better suited for offroad, its alot smoother than the GTB, which IMO is built for TC, and another nice feature of the sphere comp is the low voltage cutoff built in for lipo, and its supposed to have that vaibale punch or whatever like the QC2 had,
either way you go, i think you will be happy, but if you are going to run lipo the sphere mgith be the way to go just because of the LVC, i know that was one of the biggest reasons i went with the sphere,
