Default 6 minute races

Is anyone else running 6 minute races for electric stock and mod? If you are running longer, how long are you running?

The electric Pro Series has been running 6 minutes in stock and 7 minutes in mod (I might have that backwards). I hope we'll see more of this.

We run 6 min Stock & Mod. I like it!! With more & more people running brushless and the newer cells 10min mains would be cool.

With just my 3700's, I still have nearly 2/3rds of the capacity left after a 5 minute heat. I think it would be quite easy to make 10 minutes in the stock class with the current cells.

We are running 20 minute electric mains here in the Carolina's using brushless systems and 8000 mAh Li-Po's. Our class is called Pro Truck. We have been running this class for about 2 years now. The Thunder Power 8000 Li-Po fits right in the tray of off road trucks (Losi MF1, MF2, T4). It is a little taller than regular batteries, but we have made hold down bars for losi's and they are using AE thumb screws on the battery hold down bar for the T4. These batteries rock. I just came back from the RC Pro Electric series- East Division. We ran 10 minute mains there using 3800 6 cell NiMh batteries (finished 2nd overall East Division Brushless ). This class is growing here and it is a blast to run. Long mains with no motor maintaince. I am using the Schulze U-Force 75 ESC with a Plettenberg Extreme BL motor. A lot of people here are using that system along with the Novak GTB 6.5 and 5.5 systems. I havent seen too many LRP systems. These trucks are very fast and it is a blast to run 20 minutes with electric trucks.

Who is running the Orion Li-Po for off road? What systems are you using with them and how much run time are you getting in a truck? Just curious about run time with the Orion 4800 Li-Po.
