Amigo got a paint job and some details. Finally done with this one - turned out pretty good for how beat the body was when I got it. I'm not a fan of the proline rack - they should be embarrassed to sell it for the price they charge. i had to glue it together just to keep it in one piece.
Added some small lights to the front. Non operational as or right now.
Some small light accessories on the top rack. Just enough to add some detail without adding too much weight.
Not a fan of the plastic fantastic spare, but it's much lighter than a real wheel, so on it went.
All in all, very happy with how it turned out....now just need to get it dirty!

I like metal sometimes, but they can be somewhat heavy. The rack that was on that Ascender was a 3D printed one I found on Ebay. Not perfect, but it was far stronger than this Proline one I have...might be doing some swapping in the future if I can find it again.
Good to see Lara out wheeling again, she didn't play nice with the boys over here and got benched for a while.

I am sad to inform you that Lara has lost her right arm and we cannot locate it

Only a matter of time until the GPM steering gives up the ghost...figure if it didn't hold up under 1.9's, 2.2's are going to eat it for lunch.
The Hot Racing kit is the best one I've tried..however, the Integy kits were on clearance for $15, so I thought I'd try one. Red to match the beast of course!
It's not too bad on initial inspection. It has much deeper recesses for the shaft/arm - much closer to the HR setup than the GPM. Everything fit nice and tight, and no slop on install. Time will tell how it holds up - if there's a weakness, I'll find it pretty quick with this rig.
Beast is now rocking some siped Pitbull tires and dual stage foams as well. Pretty grippy set-up
