Default Cr01

Well I just purchased a tamiya cr01 builders kit. Any input thoughts or advice. Looked like a beat build. Tons of aluminum. Very excited!

I love mine! It's fun to build and fun to drive. I like it because it's so different. Mine has tons of 3Racing parts added to it.

I have the CW01 Unimog, it's pretty cool. I modified the front a little bit to get a real nice tight turn radius too.

Hey there, JatoTheRipper, you got one too huh? Very nice. I have the same FJ but with a Tamiya Yellow painted body and white roof. I'm thinking about making it look more 'manly' (?), I am not sure how to do that yet. It looks too clean and borderline cute. I put a roof basket on it and running lights. I need to put more darker decals or something, put more scratches or whatever.

BTW, which damper oil weights are you guys running on your CR01? I have wheel weights in the wheels and run #200 front #400 rear. I still get that wobbly bounce as the dampers/springs appear to be too too stiff. It looks artificial while crawling and want to try to fix that.
