So for the ax10 deadbolt, do I look for wraith upgrade parts as far as drivetrain, etc. Specifically the vanquish products

Most are interchangeable.

On my AX10 Ridgecrest, I've replaced the following with Wraith parts:

Servo mount
Front and Rear shocks
Steering knuckles
Hex hubs
Steering link
C-hubs
Front and rear axles
Spur gear cover/motor plate
Upper link set
4 link mount (front and rear)
Rear axle lockout


For the transmission case, I used the SCX10/AX10 model.


I can't comment on what else might fit, but all of the above fits like a glove. My future upgrades are MIP driveshafts and Robinson metal gears.

I encountered the same thing. Most of what I purchased was via Amazon, and you don't get much when typing in AX10. Most of the parts are listed as for the Wraith, but say "may fit other models". Most are marked as also fitting the AX10, but in very small print.

Keep an eye on Amazon prices. They drop really low and then go right back up. I scored my parts really, really cheap and they are all upgraded aluminum.

The Ridgecrest/Deadbolt (same thing with different bodies and tires) are awesome trucks. I will never get rid of mine. It eats SCX10's for lunch...lol

Saweeet, I cant wait to get it. It should be here tomorow, it already has some upgrades, but just want to make it my own.

some wheelbases are 12.0 and others like the deadbolt is 12.3.....important for link upgrades.......things like servo relocation and any bumper mount stuff all the same...

The old old ax10 had scx10 axles, but the new ax10 deadbolt is ar60 or wraith axles.

Any wraith axle upgrades are the same

Any suggestions on shocks, just want to replace them, got one that leaks pretty good
