Default Brushed speed control help

I have a 1/8 exceed Madtorque (motor on axle setup) and I'm not sure what esc to get......I have 2 20t brushed motors in it. I need a decent speed controller that will hold up to some serious resistance from the motors because I have a snow plow and 2 decent sized trailers I haul my 1/10 sct on. It doesn't matter waterproof or not but here is the catch......I'm on about a $50 budget what should I get?

Assuming the motors are wired in parallel, anything that can handle 10 turns and up should do it.
