Just keep it up... Lots of cool people willing to help....! I think the stick setup is pretty good for an entry level scale truck... I'd like to see it sit a little higher and desperse weight a little better...but those are just my opinions...there's plenty to upgrade to look more real scale, or perform better or a little of both.. Good luck

Get the battery forward, 4 link the rear with the R2J truss.
High clearance links of the front for better steering and upgrade the speedie to something with a drag brake.

Aluminium or steel links are pretty important too. Below pick is my old mans with plastic links, banana style.

Oh, this is mine BTW

I was running 3 SCX10s at one time and was changing stuff on them almost everyday. The great thing about them is you can just let you imagination run wild.

Thanks.
My friend just bought one, on my 3300 2c he ran over an hour.

That's the cool thing about these crawlers/scalers, you can buy the upgrades or if the ladies find you handy you can make them yourself. I had the pathetic plastic links on mine as well and got tired of watching them bend and flex. So I picked up some 1/4" aluminum stock and made my own. They work great.

Moving your battery forward works much better for rock crawling. If you want to play in the mud of snow I've found that a rear mounted battery works better.
