Default 200 mm conversion for CCT

I'm about to buy a used CCT at my local club, and before I do I would like to know what are the references of the parts needed to change the front end width from 180 to 200 mm. (It seems like a larger axle was released by Corally but I can't find it anywhere)

As an additional info, does anybody know what is the minimal tyre diameter that is required to get a 3 mm ride height on this car ?

Thx
