Default Ceramic Engine Bearings

Hey guys
We have just released three sizes of ultra high performance Ceramic engine bearings. They are 7x19x6mm ceramic engine bearings, 14x25.4x6mm ceramic engine bearings and 14x25.8x6mm ceramic engine bearings. Each are made with PEEK cages and our diamond polished silicon nitride balls with proprietary internal tolerances that will allow the bearing to spin faster longer. Plus free shipping worldwide and a great introductory price of only US$11.99 for one ceramic engine ball bearing. Thanks!

Default Ceramic Engine Bearings

Our ceramic bearings feature our diamond polished Silicon Nitride ceramic balls plus a super high speed PEEK inner cage to withstand the heat and stress of your engine. Proprietary internal tolerances have been incorporated into this ceramic bearing as well.

New generation PEEK polymer was chosen for the cages because of its superior combination of strength and flexibility, high operating temperatures, and high chemical and wear resistance. The design of the cage and material used are of paramount importance for the performance of the cage as well as for the operational reliability of the bearing itself.

PEEK cages have an excellent combination of strength and elasticity. The good sliding properties of the polymer on lubricated steel surfaces and the smoothness of the cage surfaces in contact with the rolling elements produce the lowest amount of friction so that heat generation and wear in the bearing are at a minimum. The low density of the material means that the inertia of the cage is small contributing to greater speed and higher RPM. The excellent running properties of polymer cages under lubricant starvation conditions permit continued operation of the bearing for some time without risk of seizure and secondary damage.

Our PEEK bearing cages show no signs of aging by temperature and oil additives up to +200 °C (392°F). Our PEEK cage is a superior material which will outperform other cages in high stress engine applications, and will not crack.

why does the peek bearing cage fit so loose between the inner and outer race?
they seem to float or flop around in there

Default Ceramic engine bearings at the Swiss Championships

We are proud to announce that ACER Racer and European Champion Shasa Lackner's Max Power Engine fitted with ACER Racing ceramic engine bearings won the Swiss Championships and TQ'd this weeked at the 1/12 Edelweiss cup setting a new lap record and winning all three main finals.

All in all about 10 liters of fuel have been used by Shasa with ZERO signs of wear or oxidation in our ceramic engine bearings.

Congrats to Shasa and thanks to all our loyal customers who asked us to proceed with the ceramic engine bearing project.
We will be releasing the 7x17x5mm ceramic engine bearing in 3 weeks and we are taking back orders currently. Take advantage of our low introductory prices.

Sure, if we get more requests for the 14.2x25.3mm bearing we will start production but at this time it is cost prohibitive-not enough requests so we couldn't keep the price low enough for everyone to enjoy.
