It depends on the 1/12 car and where your speedo is located. With a 200mm cable you'll have room to run the cable along the outside of the chassis. if you go with the 150mm you'll need to take a much more direct line threw the center of the chassis. Same with the Losi, depends on speedo position. I believe if you have the speedo right next to the motor you can run the shortest cable. I can post a pic later of my 1/12.

I did get a vmail on a similar question but couldn't hear the complete tel number. Maybe that was you JoelV?

Thanks for responding Wayne, great advice. I use a 200mm in my Type R but have the speedo in the front-right of the chassis and a 150 in my GenX but go up and over the battery.

The sensor wires are extremely flexible so you can run them along the chassis and make a small "loop" before the motor and not affect the tweak. Lots of options with these cables and I'll have additional lengths soon...

Happy New Year to all!

Nope I didn't call. Thanks for the info guys. I'll just take some calipers to estimate the length needed.

Rob,

Congratulations on the TQ and WIN in TC at the January Jam at RC Madness. It looks like those 70mm cables are a good fit for the PHI, thanks for trying them out.
