Will do but based on what was posted yesterday the guys working on the track are hoping we get enough sun/heat to dry the track..I am assuming today is an off day at the track until/if it dries..Should be by there sometime around noon to take a look..Mainly to be sure those guys in the tan truck are not on the track screwing it up..

Track was so wet yesterday I don't think it will allow for practice today, we will be lucky if it is dry enough for us to race tomorrow.

Guys did a great job dewatering the track. It's still wet in some places ( straight and right tun after big double in front of drivers stand) but should be dry by tomorrow. Too wet for practice today! There was not anyone running on the track. See you guys tomorrow.

Had another EPIC weekend out at HTL! Thanks everyone for coming out and enjoying another great day of racing! There will be no racing is coming weekend (mothers day) and the weekend after that (Burlington Buggy Shoot Out) racing will resume on Sunday 5/26/2013, hope to see everyone there!

Speaking of Burlington...if you can make it out there please do so! Burlington is the place to race, epic track designs, perfect traction, 2 level driving stand and night lighting...some weekends we have been known to run till 3 or 4 in the morning The pits are in a level grassy area much like a lawn, bring your tents or campers and stay at the track. Or, of camping is not your thing there are several cheap motels just minuets from the track...Chaperall Inn is cheap in price and decent quality. This year 1/10 short course trucks have been added to the series, so come on out and test your trucks on Bills awesome track.

Signs are posted all around the track as of last week! The very 1st rule is the TRACK IS CLOSED WHEN WET. I seen their footprints walking right past the sign, not even 1 1/2 away.
My bad! For years, I've heard it was public/park what ever and thats why ya'll could not fully shut it down.

This might be a dumb question but Im going to ask. In an earlier post it said something about "bring your coolers" now does this include alcoholic beverages? I know its a family track but if your discreet and respectful to those around you. Will it and issue?

Got a whole bunch of extra power added to the east side of the track to accommodate everyone's power needs, thanks John for your donation in time and equipment! Our biggest addition will be picked up next weekend and you should see it at the track, up and running in the next several weeks.

We are racing this weekend! So far the weather looks like it is going to be perfect, with no rain in the forecast and a high of 82 degrees! Pack your coolers and bring your toys!
