if you need "tires like yesterday" depending on your outer wheel diameter (with rubber tires installed) I learned and practiced with spray paint lids... yes i said spray paint lids... take a razor blade and cut off the actual top flat piece of the lid then cut the ring in 1/2 and bingo, 2 wheels done. you can use electrical tape if you are on the right type of flooring and you can use it to increase the outer diameter of your tires to get the lids on snug. yes it's ghetto-fab and they don't last long but it does work, thats what I learned with until I got the stuff to make my abs... word of caution... don't try pvc unless it's the insane gravel type asphalt, then it works ok but still not great.
sorry jay...dont hate me........... paint lids are redicolous..and they dont work for shit...they will only throw you off for when you run real drift tires....and the white pvc..its slicker then snot ...to many soft polymers....
hpi or yokomo drift wheels/tires work pretty good but omg expensive....just et some from one of us....ive burned through some 15 or so sets and swear by our abs..................and btw...the whole cod team runs abs....

I've been running abs for quite some time, and always will, but there are other things out there that work was my only point, and some people (like me) cant afford to buy their tires yet so they can still get practice with other ways

coo update if your going to come out..........im trying to find the other blue rim.....as far as the duck tape goes try lowes or depot......you may be better off using drywall tape........

Hey BMX, what I have read and researched the best thing to use is use shelf cover. I'm going to do be doing some carbon fiber on my latest body using it and I can post some pics to let you know how it comes out. Here are some bad pics of the Supra I'm working on, I still have quite a bit of work to do on it but I'm going to try and throw down a blue tinted carbon fiber for the hood.
