I searched around the basement for an hour, but no snake. There were lots of good snakey places to hide.

Cmon, Steve Irwin would have found it and would have saved it from sure death (assuming of course he was still alive). Did you find any spiders in your search for the most poisonous snake in the world?

BTW I never knew Snakey was an adjective! I am going to try and slip that into some conversation today.

Here is a likely example. "I race with a bunch of snakey characters!"
