How is everyone gearing the 13.5 in their buggies? Particularly the RB5.

I just have to finish up the wiring in my RB5, paint the body, and I should be good to go for Wednesday night. I need to pick up tires and glue them up when I get there though.

Anyone going to show up early Wednesday?

With the RB5, I started out with a 24 tooth pinion, it seems pretty good, but my skill level is still LOW. Right now, I don't see any need to change it, but then I don't know what it is SUPPOSED to feel like. (non-committal huh?)

I will be there at noon Wednesday.

If you still need a short ball stud, I have some.

no, actually i have a monthly meeting the second wed night of each month. think of the watter buffalo lodge that fred flintstone was in.....very similar, just without the silly hats.

I need to order some tires for my 2wd electric buggy. I'm pretty straight on the rear tires. Taper pins, x2000, or Bk bars in pink with gray foam inserts. Are all gray inserts across manufactures the same?

For front tires I came across 2 rib, 3 rib, taper pins. Which should I go with? What front foam inserts do I use?

slammer - i use both 2 rib and taper pin fronts. i use whatever inserts come in the bag. you just go through em too fast to put too much time and effort in to them.
