Let me know when you guys decide on the motor thing so I can pick up an optimized car and ruin some lives.

It looks like you spelled 'rage quit within a month and then bitch incessantly' incorrectly.

The biggest issue will be finding rims for our spec tire to fit that car. F103 was designed for a completely different tire and rim.
Last winter when I was looking at tires/rims I picked up Shimuzu tires since I thought those were the ones you guys were running. I never even mounted them! What are the spec tires now?

It's the Pit's 571 and 572 I believe. These are the front and rear tire part numbers.

I'm fairly certain I've announced this numerous times over the past few weeks. So if you didn't know the track layout will be changed this Saturday. If you'd like to come out and help your more than welcome.

We will be racing on Sunday with this new layout.

Another topic of discussion that Justin, Russ, & I talked about last night. We need to change something to get more people racing at 5280. Racing Thur night and Sunday day does not seem to be working this year.

So let 's think out side the box and consider changing our race program and see what happens with attendance.

We suggest trying to race once a week and that day be Friday night. This will be a full race program with 3 quals and 1 main for each class as usual.

Please think about this rationally and don't post a knee-jerk reaction. I think must of us are getting a little annoyed with showing up at the track Thur and Sun only to find out we don't have enough people running the same classes to race. Hopefully this will help consolidate the group and provide a compromisable day for racing.

I could make Friday evenings work (likely better than Sundays) but I agree that the knee-jerk might be strong with this one. Also note that running three quals and a main might be a bit unrealistic unless we somehow magically start running things on-time.

Keeping an eye on this before I blow more money on a 25.5. Living 4 hours away from the track sucks...

I could make Fridays work as well. I'm in support of starting on time, keeping breaks short and running a full schedule.

Great feedback guy's only a few more to hear from and it looks like we can give it a go and see what happens.

Yes Chris and Adam, i agree we will need to start on time and run a tighter program to make this work so we're not at the track till 1 am.

Just keeping the breaks shorter will help the program run faster, adding a half hour between is a lot.
