i will not be around tonight. Lacrosse will be over next week, and i intend to get back on my regular schedule.

I will have the track open Thursday around 5 for anybody that wants to get some practice in, or perhaps racing if enough people show.

If anybody is looking for one of the NASTY Team EAM 8200 2S packs (still has the 7000 logo on the sticker) I've got one I bought specifically for MHIC with about 10 cycles on it. PM me for details.

Hello race fans, its time to start racing some asphalt at the best outdoor track in Colorado, possibly the Midwest.
We will be holding our first race this Sunday June 14th. We run on a VHT substitute called VP, it's almost like running on carpet. If you've never been to MOHR, the track was renovated last year. It's smooth and there's almost no boards, the track is 100% painted with dot's placed in strategic locations to keep everyone honest.
We run a spec tire for Touring Car that has proven to be very good, Team Powers 34. Which can be purchased at the track at a great price, less than you can buy them anywhere else.
MOHR opens at 10 am, track should be ready for practice by 10:30, racing will start at Noon. We run 3 rounds of qualifying, and single A mains. Pits are all indoors, all you need to bring is yourself and RC stuff.
We'll run any class people want, we just need 4 cars to make it happen.
Our staple classes from last year are;
Open TC
13.5 TC
Nitro
Others run
F1
17.5 TC
Again we're open to any class. If you have a VTA car and friends to run with you bring it and them and we'll run it.
Race schedule for the remainder of the year, these are all Sundays except noted below.
June 14th - Road Course Race
June 28th - Road Course Race
July 12th - Road Course Race
July 17th - Road Course Race (Friday Night Race)
July 26th - Road Course Race
August 7,8 & 9 - M.H.O.C. (Entry Forms available June 1)
August 21 - Road Course Race (Friday Night Race)
September 13 - Enduro Race

So signups for MHOC are already open? Where do I sign up and where can I find info on rules/classes?

Although I have a touring car for this season, I would love to see F1 become a staple class this year. I have been helping a couple of new guys who have F1's who will likely come out, plus there were a few guys who ran F1 last year that never come to 5280, so if we get a few club members to run thier F1's we could have a good sized class!

I heard a rumor Mcgee and Mario will be out this week. Maybe Nick and some others will show and they'll actually be some racing. The last time i checked 5280 is a race track not a practice track. I'd be there if not out of town on business. I might make next Thursday if one of my work events get's canceled.
